Acquisition of Ceban Pharmaceuticals B.V. formally completed
In March 2024, Ceban Pharmaceuticals B.V. announced the takeover by Medios.
For Ceban, the strategy of this leading supplier of Specialty Pharma solutions in Germany fits seamlessly with its own international strategic ambitions. And for Medios, the acquisition of our company is another logical step in its European expansion strategy.
Finalizing the acquisition was subject to the advice of our own Works Council as well as the approval of the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).
After the Works Council previously advised positively on the acquisition, we received notice at the end of May that the NZa had also approved it.
We have now completed all formalities and the takeover of Ceban by Medios is a fact.
We look forward to working with our new colleagues to create Europe’s leading Specialty Pharma platform.
